Our positioning wedge offers a 3-in-1 adjustable height option - 4.5", 7.5" and 12". It is comprised of a bottom pillow that is 7.5” and a top pillow that is 4.5”. You can then zip them together for a 12” combination.

    My daughter did not sleep through the night before we got this bed, now she is content to stay in her bed until she falls asleep.
