You'll need to find a Medical Supplier, an organization who supplies Cubby Beds and works with your insurance to get it covered. Use our Supplier Map here and reach out to them to confirm they carry the Cubby Bed, accept your insurance, and service your area.

Finally, your healthcare provider will need to send your prescription and letter of medical necessity to your Medical Supplier.
