The General Details
- We offer free return shipping to make this decision as risk free as possible.
- Products must be in usable condition to be eligible for return (e.g., no stains, tears or other soiling including odors).
- Mattresses are non-returnable. If you received a mattress as an add on item or as part of your insurance covered device, we can refund the cost of the full bed minus $200 for the mattress.
- Please return it in the original packaging. Returning it without the original packaging will result in a 15% fee.
- We do not accept returns from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or from outside of the United States.
- We only accept returns on direct sales through our website or via Medicaid waivers. Sales through DME distributors that are paid for via insurance are non-refundable.
How To Start The Return Process
Step One: If you’re not pleased with your Cubby Beds purchase, please send us a message using the Contact Us form within 100 days of receiving your order.
Step Two: Once submitted, our Customer Experience Team will process your request and send you a free return shipping label(s).
Step Three: Safely package the Cubby product(s) in the original packaging and drop it with appropriate carrier (FedEx or UPS, depending on your return label). You are generally responsible for getting the return product to the carrier.
Step Four: Once received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the item(s) — please allow up to 5-10 business days for processing. Provided the item(s) is in good condition, we will issue your refund.
The Fine Print
You may return any Cubby products (the “Products”) within the first 100 days after receipt of that particular Product. You may cancel an order any time prior to a shipping label being created. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. If you purchased a Product using an offer code or gift code, the dollar value of any offer code will not be refunded or credited back if any or all of the merchandise is returned. Returns are not guaranteed and are subject to the policies set forth below.
Return shipping is free for United States customers who are in possession of the original packing materials. A 15% fee will be charged on the order value for any returns without the original packing materials. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. Refunds will be issued within 2 weeks of the completion of Cubby’s return process. This process may take several weeks to complete. Please follow the instructions below to return your Product.
If you want to return your bed within the first 100 days after Cubby confirms complete delivery of your bed (i.e., 100-day trial begins when Cubby’s shipping partners confirm delivery of a bed, not when the bed is unboxed), please e-mail us at support@CubbyBeds.com to arrange for either return shipping or a return pick-up. We reserve the right to choose the method of return. The Cubby team will provide instructions on how to proceed. A return process must be initiated within 100 calendar days of receipt of the bed in order to be eligible for returns.
Products must be in usable condition to be eligible for return (e.g., no stains, tears or other soiling including odors). Accepting returns is at the sole discretion of Cubby Beds’s judgement of the state of the Products. Cubby Beds reserves the right to refuse any returns. We may request descriptions and images of the Products to determine the state of the Products prior to accepting returns. Failure to comply with requests by Cubby Beds may result in our refusal of return. Failure to complete the returns process within 1 week of being provided instructions from Cubby may result in Cubby’s refusal of return.
Products shipped outside of the continental United States are not eligible for return.
