Eligibility requirements apply, such as income status and government assistance program coverage. New customers can start by completing our Funding Quiz. If you already have a bed and need accessories or replacement items, you can still apply for assistance. However, we recommend checking with your original Medical Supplier first, as they may be able to submit a new claim through insurance. The Cubby Bed does not come with a mattress, unless you go through insurance coverage. You can purchase a mattress separately here.
The Cubby will also work with any full size mattress. In order to utilize the Safety Sheet, you must have a mattress that is between 8 and 10 inches thick. Anything different than that will not work with the required Safety Sheet.
A high quality foam mattress is included when ordering through insurance, medicaid or distributors.

Yes, if you’ve added the Technology Hub, it can be removed. For safety and security, the fabric cover piece (included with your bed) must be zipped in and securely locked in place to close the opening where the hub was installed.
